It is an excellent product, is of good quality, and fits my kitchen aid. Making pasta has never been so quick and easy, and it costs less money than the Kitchen-Aid version.

Per il costo la qualità è buona e nel complesso funziona bene. Per fare paste ripiene siamo al limite nel senso che la vecchia macchina a manovella probabilmente riesce a produrre una sfoglia leggermente più sottile ma parliamo veramente di poca differenza. Passando da una misura all'altra su 70 passaggi che fatto finora da quando la uso circa un paio di volte si l'ingranaggio non è scattato come doveva ma direi che ciò non ha un impatto rilevante sulla qualità del prodotto nel suo complesso.

Le réglage de l’épaisseur est différent, il faut régler au dernier cran pour la même épaisseur que celui d’origine. Bon produit

Super easy perfect linguine can’t ask for anything better

This is worth the money! I have a an older Kitchenaid mixer and it is compatible with it. I have made homemade ravioli (using thickness level 6) and home made gluten free fettuccini (using PAN pre-cooked white corn meal, sweet rice flour, tapioca flour, eggs, and a bit of salt, oil and water). I plan to make lasagna noodles next. I tried spaghetti but likely won't do it again. It makes perfectly formed spaghetti BUT I find it a bit of a hassle to clean that blade. The other blades clean easily with the included brush. Just let the dough dry for a few hours first. If you like home made pasta, I recommend buying this.

I heard that making homemade pasta was difficult and time consuming. With this pasta machine it was so easy! I love that I can roll out and cut my dough with the same attachment. Very easy to clean too! I’ll be using this attachment a lot!!
