Exactly as described. Put them on my little JD tractor bucket and used it to haul 15 ft branches to my burn pile. I feel like I recooped the cost with one days work.
Works great. I had to change the wing nuts , the wings came off . No biggie. Used forks for hauling logs saved my back. Made cutting fire wood much easier.

Using for carrying IBC container hauling water. Due to length beyond front loader bucket it would be easy to overload tractor capacity if not careful.
