Where are my goods ? Sent to you on the 21/11/2024 Same ? 18/12/2024. Can you please put $425-98 back into my account so that i can enjoy Xmas. Without this night mare. I needed these Hand rails as my partner has had a fall on these steps and broke her wrist.

My wife been going through Acute Myeloid Leukemia treatment and stem cell transplant. Very weak and nearly fell just trying to get into the house. Installed this and she is much safer going in and out down the two steps. The drill bit is grooved for a hammer drill and will not fit properly in a regular drill. I got a different bit which worked better for me. The brackets that hold the middle cross brace are not very strong, and are not made to tighten the nuts all the way down. Do not try to tighten these nuts all the way down. They are designed to allow the cross brace to adjust to the slant. If you over tighten these nuts, you will crack the brackets. The washers provided are not listed on the parts list, and they are not shown in the PICTURE install guide. They go into the main brackets BEFORE you tighten down the bolts. You’ll figure it out. Very good value and solid rail.

Bought two for a front entry. Everything was good quality and has held up very well. I am very satisfied.

These are sturdy, fairly easy to install, look great. We ordered 1, then ordered 2 more for our deck. Would recommend for any area you need to make safer to navio

Railing is strong and gives a nice look to the front of the house. Installation was not challenging. Plan on purchasing extra drill bits and be patient when drilling. Got estimates from professional installers. The lowest of these was 10 times what I paid for my railings. This was a great DIY project with outstanding result.

There was some slight damage to both handrails when delivered which I didn't really worry too much about. The concrete drill bit would only make it through three of the right holes I needed so I bought more drill bits. But it looks beautiful and works great!
