I thought I’d have to hire someone to install but then I decided to give it a try and I was successful!

Fast shipping, great quality, sturdy handrail. Did not receive all of the proper accessories for installation; after a quick message to the vendor their customer service remedied the situation immediately. Very satisfied with the product and the excellent customer service.

This handrail is great. In fact I ordered another for the other side of the garage entry and I ordered 2 for my neighbor. We drilled and fastened it to the garage floor.

Almost perfect. Nice design, and solid. The freebee drill bit is not usable (no clearance on the grind edges). Please offer a real drill for maybe a nominal charge, you can get these cheaper than I can at Lowes or Home Depot. But, I would definitely order again if I needed one. So, all in all a good value. Customer service is top notch.

As always I am impressed by your products. Its good to see a manufacture that cares about the customer. Nice things like including a drill bit and hardware with the product. You get an A+ from me.

This worked fine for aging parents just to have something to hold onto if balance starts to slip. Just needed something that we didn't have to drill or connect to the house.

Installed in a deck that supports a greenhouse. May replace the included wood screws with longer lag screws at some point.

Easy to install, looks great, good quality,very sturdy, love it.

It worked out well except the anchor bolts that came with it are too flimsy. Bought better fasteners. All-in-all happy with the results.

Very secure, works great and looks nice on the steps. At first the height seemed off. But after some usage we discovered it's not. It's just fine.
