Used this for a basic two step entry from a garage to a house. Seems solidly made and has a nice powder coat finish.

They got a poor quality and got broken before installing. Also they don't have the standard of safety that requires the law.

I installed these to help our aging pastor to climb the two steps at front of church to the pulpit. They are very sturdy look great and are sixed just rite for two steps

Rail was great for my porch and easy to install. But beware the hardware is rusting and it isn't even six months old

This is our second purchase of 1 -3 step hand rail. We found the product to be good quality, and easy to install. The price we paid was very reasonable plus we could install it ourselves. Delivery to regional NSW was surprisingly quick. I recommend this product.

Unit was exactly what I expected. Was easy to install. Drill bit included did not fit contractor's standard drill fittings. Used similar size with no issue. Weld at base might not support full force of extreme pressure.

Very sturdy and easy to install. The only challenge was that the drill bit that came with the railing was too large for a standard drill so I had to purchase a new bit to fit my basic Black and Decker to drill the pilot holes in the concrete footing. It's definitely a two-person job to get everything level and affixed. Even with the trip to the hardware store, it only took 90 minutes to install (not including pouring the concrete footing.) Note: The instructions that came with it were clearly translated from another language and were not easy to understand.
