Amazing bang for buck. Solidly built.
It works really well when you nail the heat, which is hard to do, at least for me.
I imagine I'll get better at it but maintaining the heat can be tricky.
Once you get it up to a decent temp, a 10-12" pizza is taking me about 2-3 minutes to cook. Rotating every 30 seconds of closed door time. Have done pizza and pide so far but want to try baguettes and I also have a cast sizzling pan and I'm going to give steak a crack as well.
The Ooni units would be undoubtedly better quality and maintain the temperature better, but are well over twice the cost.
Perfect unit to dip your toes in and see if you like it.
