Have an impact driver ready!
Great little rack for the price, but it was anodized after the holes were put in. Have an impact driver handy to break through the anodization in order to tighten the screws up. Just got it together, but so far I'm happy.

Excellent, easy to install, holes no issue. Use the installation video.
Use both the installation video which they have, and the manual, and the diagram chart, separate your pieces piece by piece by number, lay out the base on the floor, ensure you have it all in the correct directions, the top and the bottom rails make sure you get those directions right, i used a evergreen drill, yes the holes are a bit small but you just crank up the settings on your electric drill, depending on the part and holes, usually on the higher end, lower end for some panels. This is a really good deal. I have some 32\" servers so this was the cheapest and I'm surprised the quality is good as well, nice paint coating on it, feels sturdy. I did this by myself just resting it in various ways to get it to work, on a chair, table, etc.

Put in church for sound rack. Works nicely
Nice solid base for the sound rack. Rolling wheels are a plus

Sturdier than expected, easy to assemble
I was initially worried this was going to be flimsy but as I was assembling it I realized it is fine. It has reinforcements in the place you'd want it was extremely rigid. Very happy with it overall.

Great for the price!
This has mostly worked out well, but there are just a couple of gripes I have. The metal is a slightly thinner gauge than my previous rack, so my existing cage nuts and rails left everything loose and wobbly. I fixed this by squeezing them a bit with pliers and it helped. I'm also not sure about the self tapping bolts for assembly. It seems sturdy enough buy I wonder if things will come loose in a few years.

Updated instructions?
Everyone is talking about how hard this was to put together and how bad the directions were but it was honestly fine. At one point I stopped reading the directions and just put it together its pretty obvious. It took about an hour in poor lighting with an offbrand ratcheting screwdriver while drinking beer. Probably would have been like 20 minutes with a drill tops but I needed something to do. If you use a drill I would make sure to limit the torque or you're going to strip it out and ruin it. The most tedious part is the little corner reinforcements. It's literally half the job. The holes are fine you are tapping your own threads they aren't wrong. If I had to change anything I would make the rack bolts black instead of silver. Also it comes with a billion extra screws and only 10 rack bolts. I would have rather had extra rack bolts. Also you can't really use the top piece unless you assemble it in it's smallest size MAYBE slightly larger. To be honest I don't think you should assemble it in anything but its smallest size. It DOES say its weight limit is 200 pounds not 500. I think maybe 500 might be for in it's smallest size and as you increase it its weight capacity decreases. It doesn't wobble or anything it feels real solid the way it is. The wheels it comes with seem kind of bad but you can get better ones. It also comes with leveling feet which I don't think was mentioned. For putting it on the floor I probably will just sit it there and not use either. If you are putting it in an unfinished basement with slightly uneven concrete floor maybe use the leveling feet but they are definitely going to scratch up your floor anywhere else. Maybe put some tennis balls over them or something and then you can still slide it around if you have to. They are kind of overly tall at 2 inches completely un-extended seems like they could have been half that. The finish is pretty nice. This is a good way to save on racks that cost 3X the price. Now I can spend my money on actu

Nice server rack, good for a beginner homelab. Only 200lbs floor capacity!! 3.5 stars.
I've got all my networking stuff on here now, including my NAS, and other storage. The setup process was easy enough, I found the directions to be somewhat poor but I am somewhat of an ikea furniture savant so I didn't have too many issues with this thing either. I set it up in the floor standing orientation, with wheels, and have found it to be quite capable of holding my firewall appliance, switches, NAS, an AP, and some misc. items connected to my network. The build quality and construction is sturdy and feels good enough for home use, and frankly this level of construction/quality is what can be expected at this price point. My biggest issue, and part of the reason why I am deducting a whole star is that the listing is not accurate. The photos say 500lbs capacity on the floor yet the documentation and the box say 200lbs for floor standing and 100lbs for wall mounting, which is a very large discrepancy. Please fix the listing! Overall, if you buy this knowing its limitations, I think you'll be happy. If you buy it expecting to load it up with 500lbs, you will not. At this price point, I think this was a decent server rack, one that most people who are starting their homelab journey will be more than happy with.

Solid and affordable
Affordable smallish server rack. I read some complaints about the ease of assembly - and although the instructions are a little less than adequate - as there are only so many parts - assembly was fairly staright forward and easy. The included shelves are sturdy.

Easy to put together, easy to adjust. Make sure you know your server depth in advanced and measure out the length appropriately. Pay attention to the direction of the adjustable pieces, I got it wrong and had to take it apart. The quality of the top shelf is very poor, not strong enough for heavy items. Also if you make it longer than the shortest length, the top shelf does not span across the entire top (which makes sense or else it would stick out when not fully extended). Overall for the price, I honestly don't have a lot to complain about and it meets my needs! Highly recommend.
