If you expect it to be a precision tool out of the box, you will be very disappointed. The price of one being accurate upon delivery starts at around $1,800. Before I purchased it I did some research and found a machinist on YouTube who disassembled the same model and showed how to sand the rough edges and adjust it for accuracy. I agreed with him that for the price it was worth a try. When I got it out of the box, all the edges were razor sharp, the slides were loose in some places and bound up in other places. After taking it completely apart, cleaning all parts, using high speed grinder sanding discs on the edges and slide surfaces, realigning the slide bolt, lubricating, and then reassembling, I am very pleased with the product. Because I knew what I would be getting, knew I would have to invest several hours of work into it, and knew how much money I was saving, I would say it’s a very good product. But if you want a polished, accurate one out of the box, skip this one. Take out a second mortgage on your house and buy one elsewhere.

The castings and machining are good but the lead screws and mechanism need some attention. If you replace the lead screw and perhaps add some DROs the table will work very well. In my opinion this table is a VERY GOOD value. Aside from the lead screw, this table is a good as tables that cost 4 to 5 times more.

This is not what I would consider a milling table but is fine for use on my drill press. I have a mini mill for milling operations and am upgrading to a larger mill soon, but for less precise work this does a good job. For making a series of holes in a relatively straight line, this will do the trick.

For the price, this is fantastic milling table. It’s nice and tight with no perceptible slop at the mating surfaces, and an acceptable amount of take up at the hand wheels. it is very well-made, heavy, and is now my permanent table for my homemade 1945 Atlas model 73 based mill.

got it to set up for feed for knife grinder. Use it to control advance feed for slide. accurate enough for me to control amount of bevel grind down to a few .001

Great value item. Out of the box all screws were loose and it needed to be stripped and deburred on most of the parts, but once properly lubricated, assembled and adjusted, it appears to be a very well made compound slide. Is a strong and rigid item for its size.

Quick shipping and better quality then I was expecting for the price. I have mounted it on my drill press and it works really well.

Doesn't wobble like those other one. It works perfectly for me.

A bit too much backlash and dials are very basic, otherwise fairly good quality and smooth operation.
