Excellent machine, I own two. One I use for 11oz. and the other for 15oz. *Don't use one machine for both sizes, the 15oz. mugs will ruin the machine for 11oz. mugs (I learned this the hard way!)

I have the Vevor & Cricket both are awesome but the Vevor runs circles around my cricket!

Within minutes I was able to subliminate a mug. So easy to use. Affordable. Automatic turn-in on wait for it to warm up. Put your mug in and the machine does the rest. Super fast delivery. The only issue I had with it was I lost the machine and wanted to turn the temperature down. It took a while to track down some videos. I found a copy of the manual on the internet. Amazing product.

We love it. We have the ones that come with the t-shirt press but this one is a lot easier to use. It is also a lot handier to use.
