It works good. It’s just like the big brand (if you know, you know). The difference with this one is it has a sensor to automatically close when you add a mug inside. Vevor normally offers a warranty but this one clearly states there is no warranty which worries me because I am hoping it lasts awhile (that’s why I took off one star) I am hoping there are no problems since there is no warranty . It’s easy to use and it doesn’t take up much room. I’ve done sublimation and heat transfer vinyl on mugs and it works really well. You can use it for tumblers just go on youtube to find out how to press tumblers with mug press.
