Excellent machine. I also have the 8 in 1 press, but the mug press is not really suitable for tumblers, without a lot of mucking around. This one works great.

The dial is easy to use and set time and temperature. It heats up fairly quickly and I follow the manufacturer instructions for my tumblers and they turn out great!

Can Not Wait to Use
Though I have not used it yet, I am excited. I love the idea of making signature mugs. The box arrived with various contents helpful for making logo's and I like that it is used for different sizes. The box is pretty heavy though.

15 oz mug size stretches press capability
Does not handle 15 oz mugs well; it is a stretch to accommodate them. I suggest for a few dollars more that you get the larger size mug press.
