This mug press was a gift and I love it! The size of the machine is perfect for my craft room, not heavy, or bulky. Followed directions from manual and it works perfect! Make sure to use good quality sublimation printer, paper and mugs.

Best press I've found!
I LOVE this press! I started with a different brand first and had nothing but problems, this one is sturdy and worked perfectly from the very first mug that I made! Even heat distribution, and a flawless transfer every time. Couldn't be happier!

Awesome heat press, heats up fast and retains heat when mug is pressing. Images always turn out perfect once I got the hang of the amount of pressure.

Started using this and have switched between mugs. If you are sublimating mugs, make sure you get mugs that are made for sublimation.
