Not a bad product only issue is with the thermometer pretty sure it was not working properly but overall nice , easy-to-use , and well made i recommend to anyone in the market

Ran my first batch last night, and it worked like a champ. This thing is MASSIVE though. I had to split burners on my stove to run it, but would work great on a propane burner.There are very few downfalls to this system. The biggest being is you need to know how to use it. YouTube helps tremendously. Would like to see a longer line from the pot to the cooling worm (I had to get creative to keep my condensing pot away from the main pot, no point in adding heat for no reason) and I would highly recommend the purchase of a small water pump, I'll add a link to the one I used.Other than the few minor things, this is an outstanding product and should I ever find myself in need of another one, this will be the one I pick. Went ahead and purchased this little rig, with no high hopes. After receiving it and unpacking, I was immediately impressed with the weight of the unit. I expected feather weight steel, this thing actually has a bit of solidity to it. Set it up, ran a water/vinegar initial run, no leaks, worked perfectly for the full run. Next run I had a leak in the pot, stopped the run, tightened the seal, ran perfectly to the end. As long as you do not over-tighten the seals, this rig runs great. I look forward to many many more runs with great success.
