Flimsy & Terrible Instructions
I purchased this 700 lb mobile base for a 280 lb Planer. It handles this weight, but I would not trust it for anywhere near 700 lbs. There were NO instructions provided, or offered online. I just printed out a photo to assemble it. The description proudly states all you need is a screwdriver for assembly, which was humorous because you don't need one at all.

Wheel brackets welded on crooked
Wheel brackets welded on crooked. Some of the bolt don't line up as welds are in the way. Wheel set crooked and brackets that hold wheels on are crooked.

mobile base ok for the price
capacity appears overstated: rated 1500lb, but it's not happy with 500lb load. production quality not great: the square tubing frame is designed to nest together. two of the four tubes were not formed properly. required some heavy work to straighten enough to assemble. not something that could be done with a hammer & standard vise. value: worth the price paid.

This was one of the worst products that I have purchased on the Internet. I did quite a bit of research and read other reviews. The products directions were an absolute joke and clearly not sufficient to properly assemble the product after hours of effort to make this put this product together, I gave up, disassembled it, and threw it away. By the way, I tried several times to get assistance from the manufacturer, but to no avail. I strongly recommend against your buying this poorly made poorly manufactured and machine, and utterly disappointing product save your money or just flush it down the drain like I did .

This mobile base for use with my table saw was straightforward as to the plywood that needs to be supplied and cut to size. However, any of the threaded holes have the threads filled with paint making it difficult to put in the supplied screws and bolts. I would recommend that all fasteners be driven into the threaded holes before you are to the point for actual assembly. A couple of the threaded holes/fasteners would not thread together without threads stripping. This caused a lot of extra work by replacing the bolts and nuts as well as tapping the holes to fit. Be aware that all of the threads and sizes are metric. It would have been helpful to have a 10mm tap to repair or clean out any threaded holes that are not the correct size to fit the bolt supplied. One of the 10mm bolts was quite severely bent. Customer service department asked for pictures of the defects and problems that I encountered and gave a partial refund that helped pay for the extra supplies and tools that should have not been needed for the customer to supply to fix the machining that was done poorly in the metal. The material frame pieces are strong and the casters are good. Instructions could have been a little more detailed pointing out areas to watch out for when assembling.

I Purchased this item, not good.
The steel is nice and heavy the blots could be better. Just a bag full of nuts, bolts and a lot of trial and error guess work. Which nut? Which bolt? Which part goes where? When I was all done the lifting casters did not work and doesn't work. I guess the star rating is not worth much at this point. I will not be buying for my other tools, I'll something else.

Did not meet expectations
Used on a band saw that may way 200 lbs. so this 700lbs capacity should be overkill. The frame is well made but the wheels just do not roll well saw is just barely easier to move than just scooting across the concrete. I was expecting more movability

Fits great and rolls well
This does its job. It fit the frame well of the Jet supersaw and held up to the weight. This is built on the cheap side. The leg lock cams are horrible but will function for a little bit. Overall well worth the money.

Good value adjustable mobile base with paint finish flaws
Value for money in relation to comparable products. Strong adjustable steel construction which is ideal for moving a bandsaw. Relatively straightforward to assemble but the many 13mm nuts and bolts need tools rather than “snap together” or using a screwdriver as suggested! The paintwork on the locking lever was badly marked (see photo) and the screw holes for the levelling feet were blocked with paint which had to be re threaded with a bolt before fitting. Disappointing as the product is generally well made and does the job.

Good wheels but needs a better manual
These are good wheels, but the assembly manual is a bit vague, and getting it setup with the adjustable feet was fiddly. Also two of the screws didn’t want to thread into the holes. It took a little coaxing. It comes with two different length screws to attach the wheels to the plywood. I had 1/4” plywood. They probably wanted you to use 1/4” or 3/4”, so the screws poked too far out the bottom. I was worried they’d scrape on the ground on the fixed wheel side, so I trimmed them with a Dremel and cut off wheel.
