This is the second one I have ordered! This one grinds when it is on! I contacted the returns department they sent me a video to ajust it! I tried what they suggested and it didn't work! They closed the ticket now I can't contact anyone about it! I hope you have better success than I did

Excellent product for the price!
I have a herd of dairy goats, and a enormous vintage DeLaval cream seperator. But what a beast to use! This little Vevor separator is perfect for household use! I washed all the equipment on arrival, as it comes coated with a light oil film. Then ran a couple gallons of boiling water through to sterilize it. I did not adjust the cream screw, left it halfway out/in. Plugged it in and spun it up. Worked like a charm. A little leakage out of the drain hole, which is normal/expected, thats why it is there! The first run the milk was room temp (24c) and didn't get much cream (8oz for 3 gallon). I've had my milk tested and know my herd average is over 7% butterfat. So I heated the milk to 40c and ran it through again with a final yield of 36oz of cream. I tried messing with the cream screw a bit to see if I could get more, but it wasn't doing much so not worth the effort. Overall with my experience of the cost and difficulty of use of larger commercial counterparts I found this little machine delightful, and it will allow me to incorporate cream and skim recipes into my routine. I do recommend saving up 2-3 gallons of milk to be worth the effort of breaking it out and clean-up afterwards. Be sure to warm the milk as directed to ~100-110f/35-45c for best results ❤️

Excellent separator at an unbelievable price.
This item is super well built and sturdy. Works really well and fast. I am able to process 5 gallons in around 20 minutes. Stainless steel components are not flimsy and will last a lifetime if not abused. The base being cast iron is where the weight is and makes it somewhat heavy but also makes it extremely durable. You put it on top of your work area and it doesn’t move. Only one problem is with the assembly once you disassemble the cones in the separator. There is one cone rhat is different from the rest. It is the bottom one. The last to take off and first to put back on. If you loose track of which one it is, it is extremely hard to figure out which one it is. As long as you keep that one separate from the others and know which one it is, reassembling is a breeze. Very happy with how well it works and amazed at how affordable it is.

Good machine, user manuel needs help
Once we figure out how to put it together right which was in cleaning part. It ran like.a dream. User manuel could be revamped, so it had better instructions.

You cannot order parts for this separator
The separator come with two cream screws which in my case was a lifesaver. The cream adjustment screw that was initially installed was installed slightly crooked. We removed it as the separator wasn't operating as expected. We noticed some of the threads on the screw were stripped. We installed second screw and cream separator operated as expected. I had not used the separator when I ordered it as my animals were not in milk yet. Used it for the first time 2 weeks after the 90 day warranty. Thus, I contacted company twice to order a replacement cream screw to have for a back up. Didn't expect them to replace it, I would pay for it. They informed they don't sell parts. So if anyone knows where to order the screws please post.I know 3 people who have ordered this separator and are please with it but also wanted to order back up cream adjustment screws...

Does what it says! Learning curve
This item works! You do need to search the machine (under mineer name) on YouTube and watch videos. If it’s leaking everywhere you’re doing it wrong. If it’s clanking, you’re doing it wrong, if you don’t get cream and skim you’re doing it wrong. Such a learning curve!!
