This is heavy duty, and it was easy to install!

We are very happy with the locks we purchased but are waiting for a replacement latch which jammed up. When we receive the latch which we are told is in the post we can give even a better report. So far the company has been very good to deal with.

This is a mechanical keyless dual sided keypad lock. Easy to install a d convenient to use. No keys are necessary for entry. Programmable keypad code entry for both sides. Includes emergency key for entry if needed. Functions as it should. No complaints. Would buy again, like the automatic locking feature.

Got this for an exterior gate. So I read the reviews and realized that all the bad reviews were mostly about instructions and fitment. Yeah, instructions are horrible. If you have ever installed a door knob, then you don't need the instructions. The code set is very straightforward. It comes blank and you just turn the screw on the digit you want as a code. 1234, 2143, 4321 1432, etc are all the same code. Its mechanical and not in sequence. Yes, doors are all different thicknesses and it comes with 4 different length shafts to try to accommodate most. If your door falls in between sizes, you can either return it, leave a bad review and get back to your latte or you can pick up a hack saw and trim a little off the closest shaft size. My handle has gone through rain and my gate swelling and getting stuck against the jambs where I have to really pull on the handle to get it open. It is still solid. I am very happy with this and glad I no longer have to replace batteries.

It has been installed for a while and so far it works well. I have had no problems. In appearance it looks nice. I hope it lasts a long time.

Great lock for a location that you don't require a key. Make sure the door can accommodate the lock. Very simple to functioning and so far works every time.

So some reviews that looked more like they didn't understand how it worked. Then it actually being the products fault. The instructions are pretty bad though
