This is a mechanical keyless dual sided keypad lock. Easy to install a d convenient to use. No keys are necessary for entry. Programmable keypad code entry for both sides. Includes emergency key for entry if needed. Functions as it should. No complaints. Would buy again, like the automatic locking feature.

This lock set is working well for our outside gate, where the lock is easily accessible from both sides. We've been using a standard double cylinder lock, but wanted a manual keyless lock in case we forget the key or quicker exit during an emergency. The instructions can be difficult to understand, requiring us to figure out steps ourselves. However, it does its job and is an affordable option compared to the name brand equivalent.

I was quite pleased with the quality of this product! Feels very hefty and secure. Setting it up? Personally, It was a bit confusing reading by the directions, but it was managable and I eventually got it solved. I have been using this on my front door for a few days now with minimum issues. I have ran into the knob being a bit stuck at times and the code keys being a bit stiff, but I think that's just normal with this mechanism. **now i apologize for this next part since i am no expert in writing nor technology, I'm just an everyday airhead, but bear with me** How the code entry works was a bit different than I initially thought recivieving this product (instead of most code entries being entered in by a string of numbers in a specific order ex. 1-2-3-4-1 This product uses a select number of characters and a mechanism that only needs the certain character to be selected once Ex. Just selecting 1 2 3 and 4 dosent matter how many times you press the button or what order) Overall, Id reccomend this lock for something like a gate or a closet. Yes, It's secure enough for a front door or whatnot, but after using it on my front door for a few days, I feel like it's just \"not secure enough\" for a front door ((or maybe im just the paranoid type))
