VEVOR meat slicer….stay away!!!

Do not but this meat slicer! And do not buy ANYTHING FROM VEVOR. This Will not slice meat less than 1/2in and jams the meat between the blade and shelf. This causes a very dangerous situation and VEVOR will not stand behind their return policy.

This product would get 0 stars if I could. The slide bar came bent during shipment, and after contacting customer service, they said they didn't have the slide bar available. They told me to take it to a repair shop, of which none had that piece. They then offered me part of the cost back. This slicer is useless with a bent bar and I have yet to be able to slice anything. A partial refund is useless without a working slide bar. Horrible customer service and business practice.

Not for bread!

I bought it to cut homemade bread. It bogs down immediately, no matter how slow you go. Vevor should take off bread slicing as a feature. It just doesn't work. I don't know about cutting anything else, I only needed it for bread.

Worst slicer I've ever purchased!

It may be quieter than my 30 year old waring but otherwise it's junk. The carriage doesn't slide far enough to clear the meat and ends up getting chunks building up around the blade restricting it even further. I had a boneless precooked ham I was trying to slice for sandwiches. It was only a 3.2 lb ham which my old antique would easily breeze through. After a 15 minute fight I cleaned up the vevor and brought out my old one to finish the job. This is an expensive piece of plastic. The bigger blade is worthless with such a short shuttle. I'm going to attempt to superglue my old one again. She got dropped my last move and split behind the blade which is the only reason I was looking to replace it. Even broken she far out performed the vevor slicer!!!

Light spins too. Slowly has very little power. When we tried slicing bacon all it did was rip it from my hands and toss it across the counter. I want to return this product but I can nap not navigate your website to figure out how to.

Very poor design for meat. I tried frozen and thawed. I wanted meat cut thin for jerky and meat chips. Never cut the same thickness. Always end up with thick chunk left over. What a pain to clean! Not waterproof. Juices from meat end up in places that you can't get to unless you disassemble machine. Not just take off parts that are supposed to come off. You literally have to unscrew and take machine apart. Wish I could figure out how to get my money back.
