The unit seems well bult, was easy to set up and ran without issue out of the box. Taking the blade on and off is really easy, and setting the thickness of the cut is also effort less. I would give a 5 based on what I know now, but I have not yet sliced a steak, ham, or roast, and I don't have a history of reliability yet. If those are as expected I would give the higher score. These review requests are always too soon for any practical history.
