This is the 2nd meat slicer machine we've bought from Vevor, the first one was a diferent model and slices 5mm. This machine is great for its price and works well, a bit noisier than the red model that we bought, but is also cheaper. We use it to slice pork skin to make pork crackers, we usually slice about 20kg a time, but the time we finish the machine is very warm, it's hot enough that if you leave your hand there long enough, it will burn.
The only thing thing that i did not like about it was that the metal sheets on the machine still have sharp edges, especially along the bottom near the feets, it's sharp enough that if you run your hand/fingers along it, it will cut you. If only the sheet was folded where the edges are exposed.
