Trolley arrived damaged from shipping.
Box was not dented but something has obviously been dropped or tested on it.
There are several dents in it and the two drawers do not close properly.
So far VEVOR have offered me a $27 dollar ‘refund’ as compensation, which is approximately one-sixth of the retail value of the item.
Not happy, not happy at all.
Feels like bargaining through the ticket process to see how little they’ll refund. Like an insurance company trying to avoid or delay paying a claim.
