I used this on the install of the line set for a mini split heat pump. The tubing I used it on was 3/8\" and 5/8\" and this bender worked beautifully. I am just a DYI and have only used one other bender (Eastwood brand) on brake lines and this ratcheting bender was a nice step up. Glad I got it as I kinked both the 3/8 and 5/8 tubing when bending them by hand.

Works as advertised. I used to to bend steel conduit.

Great for the occasional install, my only problem was that the mandrels don't attach very well and as a result they fall off!

Product arrived packaged perfectly, the price was excellent and the unit worked flawlessly. I would definitely recommend the product and the vendor in the future.

Works well but case seats all parts very loose and will definitely move around in truck. Overall ok build quality for the price you can't beat it. Similar to yellow jacket

Works great bends tubing perfectly I only use occasionally if did a lot would rather have metal blocks but the plastic is tough and works great. I did find on some softer copper for refrigeration I did 90 degree bends in sections for a larger sweep and not a tight 90 worked better but bends great.
