The quality is so poor. If I hadn't unboxed it you'd be getting straight back.
Tested it and couldn't easily work out how to set up - not ideal in an emergency. Then we weren't aware that the arm hadn't clicked in and I was dropped on my back. I suffered a mild concussion. Disgraceful that this is on the market for vulnerable people. If you can't achieve the necessary quality - don't market it. It should be removed from your product schedule or improved.
