New to sausage making and works just fine for us. We have stuffed almost 50 LBs of sausage and this stuffer really fills our need. Very easy to take apart and clean. All said this is what you need if you have a desire to make sausage.
Works great. Easy cleanup. I like how the unit breaks down for wash up. I got the 15lb unit. Perfect size for what I’m doing. But be aware, this unit won’t fit in most cabinets when not in use. Mine sits on top of the freezer with a trash bag over it.
This is very sturdy and easy to use. Cleaning was no problem. Perhaps better manual would be useful, had to use common sense, but overall, I am very happy
Quality unit, works well. This is my first stuffer and i am very pleased with the purchase, easy to clean, does need to be clamped down, otherwise it works perfectly. I have no problems recomending this machine.
