This is a good product. Works well for our purposes. We have just started learning to make our own sausages and this does the trick. My husband, son, and I did our first batch last week and it was phenomenal.

Very well made love the quality and finish... I miss judged the size but quite a bit but I cant complain its too small for my needs LOL just starting off another batch of salami after my batch of smoked chorizo's

Fantastic unit, although can be hard to use on your own while using the small end, or if it’s under decent pressure slides around on the bench, but other then that works great and price compared to brand names is amazing..

Good unit prety easy to use, if you use a clamp to hold to work surface it can be used by one person, it is just missing something to hold it partialy tilted open so you can reload .
