Its garbage! Non-existent instructions are just the first problem, and pretty sure it is missing 1 piece too. I have ensured all is straight and in line but it manages to put the vast majority of labels on crooked, crumple a few more and not even apply to a few more. We have tried for 100 bottles hoping it would improve with us using it more and getting better acquainted with the machine but it is still rubbish. I have gone back to putting the labels on by hand as it ends up being faster and more professional looking!

Great customer service to replace a missing screw. Very responsive and helpful. Machine works as hoped for. Sometimes a slight kink in the labels but you learn what to adjust and play around with to get it right. Far more efficient than manual application.

Nice lil machine!

I make and sell hot sauces and have started making custom labels. This is going to streamline that process a bunch, as applying labels by hand always resulted in bubbles and uneven lines. Easy to follow directions to set up and surprisingly sturdy and heavy from what I was expecting.
