Works as advertised
Even when fully extended I was able to cut branches 1-2” thick. Very sharp blade.

Perfect for cutting messy seed pods off my giant palm tree!
This tool did the job quickly and easily. It took a few minutes to take it out of the box and attach the saw to the end of the pole with one screw, but then I was able to cut off the seed pods from my huge palm tree in less than 5 minutes with ease. The tool is nice and light (but rugged and sturdy) with comfortable grips and easy-to-use telescoping pole to get just the right length (up to 24 feet), and the saw itself is well designed and functional. These seed pods make a mess all over my driveway every year, and I am so happy to be able to cut them off any time I like now on my own schedule in just a few minutes!

Happybuy Telescopic Pole Saw 6-24 Foot
Was a little reluctant to purchase based on other reviews of telescoping trimming poles, but this was a good choice. The pole extends to a full 24 feet, and the saw blade is awesome, as it is VERY sharp and cuts through dried palm fronds and oak limps like they were butter. Have had some dimpling of the aluminum shaft where it is secured with clamps, but this is expected and not really damage. The pole shafts are light gauge, but adequate, as heavier shafts would make the saw very unmanageable and heavy at full length. One other item is the clamp style locks for the shafts. They are integral to the shaft guides and work very well. This arrangement is MUCH EASIER to use than the poles that tighten by twisting sections together.

Be patient, hammer often.
Trimmed down 4, 26ft.plus trees,in a fenced in back yard with every abtacle.work better than i hoped.Be patient let the saw do the work, tap the teeth straight with hammer regularly for easier cutting action.

Good for home owner use
The happy buy telescoping pole saw fit my needs pretty well. The unit is light weight, and easy to use, but if extended to max reach it does flex a lot, so you have to go very easy otherwise the saw will bounce out of the cut. For the price I think this pike saw is a good buy.

Works great!
I used this this spring to cut some extremely high branches on ash trees and it performed great. I would have had to buy lots of expensive climbing gear to do the same work otherwise. The blade is very effective much better than my old fiskars pole saw. The triangular teeth are a much better design. The pole itself is very light weight and can get a little floppy so for some of the longer cuts I would extend the pole and then duct tape sections of fiberglass poles to it to give a little more stability. As long as you're cutting on the back stroke and not trying to cut by pushing it works great.
