Good quality pole saw but I find it impossible to use in its full length. Gets very heavy and hard to maneuver.

This is very good and helps cut the branches above 10 feet with extension. Very effective product.

blade is really good quality. but it's such a challenge task to lift a 8-10 metre heavy pole (when all pieces connected up) off the ground into an upright position - simple physics. however this is the best value for money product of its kinds.

I like being able to get it up a tree in sections. Sharp blade. Some of the locking buttons do not match up with the holes. The top section could use some kind of locking mechanism to keep it from rotating.

I subtracted 1 from the overall rating because of the connection features. All of the pole sections and cutter head should have the same threaded connection, and they don’t. There is 1 special pole piece to connect to the cutter head, and different threads to connect the pole pieces to each other. It is a pain to search through the bag to find the correct part to start the assembly. Another problem is using the pole saw with all the pole pieces installed. There is a lot of flex in the handle and it flops around like a kite in the wind. I realize this handle design was done so it would be light enough to work with, but just be aware of this condition.
