Good quality product
Takes patience getting used to using it when using all the extensions. It is awkward but not because of the quality of this product it is 27’long and that is going to take some practice. I chose this because of the double locking feature when the extensions are connected to each other they have threads but also has a button that locks it into place and prevents it from unscrewing.great product got a lot of work done with this well worth every penny

Excellent kit
I have to say I love this kit over any pole saw I’ve had before. The blade is more flexible but I found that works in your favor. Also really like that I can just add extensions as needed and they pack away in the well built storage sleeve with ease, no puzzle to get it back in. A+

Does the job, but wear gloves
I used the hook saw to cut & pull down some palm tree seed pods that were about 7m high. The assembly of the sections was easy but the pole becomes very heavy to lift from horizontal and unwieldy with all of the sections in place (it needs 2 people to manage it safely) and I had a few fibreglass splinters in my hands afterwards, which must have come from the poles, so I'll make sure that I wear gloves next time. The hook blade was effective at removing the seed pods. Definitely faster and safer than climbing a ladder to cut down the seed pods. There was one broken piece - the latch on the plastic blade cover was broken off (the cover is still functional).

Excellent. Better than expected quality.
Very substantial pole. Easy to twist into locking position to achieve desired height. Saw is thick, strong, and sharp. Nice carrying case. Extra blade included. I used to trim cypress, river birch, crepe myrtles. Not easy to cut high limbs but not the fault of the saw, just the nature of the job. Saved me lots of money. Great deal even if I use it once.

this is a real beast, it works well but it is hard for one person to use at full length (height)
first off I did not like that I was sent a used one, the box had been re-taped and there was sawdust still on one blade, also the clipper had been assembled. Other than that it worked well, nothing was damaged or dulled, the lower branches were a piece of cake but as sections were added it got a lot more cumbersome to use.. after an hour or so I felt like I had been run over by a truck, I am old an out of shape but even in my prime I would not be able to use this beast for long. I have more high branches to cut but I'm waiting for some help before I tackle them.

Fiberglass
Got the tool on June 7th and was excited to use it as I had some over grown trees around the driveway. However as soon as I opened the box and unpacked the tool and it's carry bag I IMMEDIATELY became itch. I realized it was from manufacturing of the fiberglass poles. Looking at the poles and the bag everything was covered in the fiberglass dust. Had to take it wipe everything down with a damp cloth and use tape to remove fiberglass dust off my arms. Other than the fiberglass dust the tool worked excellently. The blades came very sharp and the amount of extention poles allowed me to get some of the high up branches. The carry bag is decent and see no issues with it. The pruning attachment is also sharp and easy to pull. With the over all length of the poles it's a bends a decent amount but still seems sturdy and stable to use. Over all the product is good. Just wish they'd clean the fiberglass dust off before packaging the product!
