I'm 70 and had no problems using the VEVOR Manual Pole Saw to trim branches from fir trees in our back yard. I found absolutely no issues with quality of material or workmanship of any of the parts I received. Each section screwed tight and locked in perfectly. Saw blades are good quality (nice that it includes a spare), its thickness leads to some flexing, but coating makes for clean cuts. Pole sections are surprisingly rigid when locked together. Pole flexing increases as additional sections are added. Blade length was sufficient to cut through five-inch-thick branches. Didn't use the branch scissor so I can't review that (yet).

I bought this saw, because I had a tree that needed pruning, were it was either call the professionals and spend $$ or add this piece to my tool kit. It performed better than I could have hoped, I had one part where I needed the full 8 meters, and with some help as it gets heavy and the pole flexes, once we got it in place the sawing action was the easy bit. the clippers work great for smaller branches too. the saw is very bendy but I have found that the be a strength, not a weakness 11/10 for me.

Light weight but good quality material strong easy to assemble comes with a carrying bag I love it.

Nice bit of kit. Poles link together easily and the saw blades work well. Hook on the end prevents it from dropping under the branch you are cutting on the down stroke. Ideal for smaller branches up to 2-3\" but it's a proper work out on anything bigger, especially with all the poles in place. Windy days on high branches, forget it! Overall very pleased. Other uses? Neighbours TV too loud? Twist that aerial.

Perfect for the job and the right price for occasional use.

works well just don't try cutting any very large branches you'll be at it forever

Although not easy cutting through thicker tree limbs up 10 metres high, this tool was able to cut through these problem branches eventually. Just need a bit of patience. Much better than paying thousands for a tree lopper. It did the job
