It's 'wonderful' ONLY when using 3 extension poles maximum, so that's how I'll be using this pole saw when needed. The Double Hook Saw blade is quite excellent and cuts 'like a dream' (and it's quite a plus that an extra blade was included). But once a 4th extension pole is added then the saw becomes difficult to use as I can't exude enough force up such a length to allow the blade to forcefully cut, and the process becomes quite tiresome; and forget about adding a 5th extension pole as the whole contraption then becomes ungainly. I'd purchased this pole saw with the sole intent to be able to cut branches with the poles' maximum length, but the combined poles are too wobbly for such action. Is there another Pole Saw being sold by another brand that is so long and not ungainly--not that I've seen advertised. So, my final comment is: if you need an Excellent Pole Saw where'd you'd only need to use 2-3 Extension Poles, then this is a good choice.

I was given a quote of $1000 to trim the lower branches off of two trees. I bought this tool and did it myself. Saved myself $900. Worked great!

Overall, I really like this item. I have used it a few times. Love the lightweight, quick connect/disconnect extension as well as sturdy saw blade and pulley activated cut off. HOWEVER, frequently when pulling the cord to make a cut, it slips off the little pulley at the end of it. Probably heppens more often when pulling hard to cut larger branches. With a little fiddling around, can get the cord to reset properly onto the pullet and get back to work.

Good quality. Numerous hands have been using it and seems to be great. So far no complaints at all. Would certainly buy again.

It paid for itself in one use. I was regretting buying when a friend said to buy an electric saw pole instead. It’s lighter and has a higher reach than electric or gas. I’m so glad I don’t have to climb the ladder anymore!

I've owned many tree pruners and ended up hating all of them. This one is the only one I will ever own. It is very lightweight but incredibly strong and easy to use. I love that it comes in its own heavy duty canvas case as well. Truely a terrific product and a great value for the money

Well built, easy to assemble, and a great price. For the DIY crowd it's a great tool, breaks down easy and has a sturdy bag for storage. It does get flimsy at the longer lengths and you will need some help using it a full length but at the 2/3's length I need it was fine. I'm amazed at how much you get for the price and highly recommend.
