Works as promised reaches so so far. Not a walk in the park.
The pole saw is the boss, It works very well lt. It's not light and takes so much talent to use. It is very awkward to lift and must be held as vertically as possible. I like the saw blade because it will hook on the limb and let's take a break without having to hold one to it. You get a smaller saw and chopper (limbs < 1\") that will get some branches out of the way for you to work. I found that the smaller saw seemed to be sharper and faster. I had issues with branches splitting at the end of the cut, so I used the small blade to finish of the cut. I love the setup but I will require some muscle to use.

Flexible
Very handy to cut branches without going on a ladder, I just used it today in full extension. Be aware, if you plan to use the full extension (27 ft) you have to finish assembling it in vertical position to add the last 3-4 pieces on it, otherwise you can damage the pole. The saw is very flexible and handy, I was really impressed as it survived some awkward situations when trying to cut branches in difficult position. The hooks from the saw are handy also to grab cut branches to bring them down safely, it just needs a bit of practice for you to use it with its full potential. Even if the pole is lightweight, pruning at full height can become tiring and demand quite some strength for the job (I consider myself average strenght for a 40-year old male, for reference I can lift 60lb without any troubles). Specially at full length, plan to use some of the weight of the pole on the blade so it helps cutting better, also it helps cutting more on the upper side of branches, so you don't get the blade stuck when the branch starts to fold down. Hint: if you plan to use it in next day again, keep pairs of pole pieces connected, so your setup will take just half the time. Con: Some cuts can be messy at big heights, I had one cut that peeled off a bit of the remaining part of the branch as I was not able to do minor cut on the other side. In some situations you can get the blade stuck if you are not paying enough attention

27' pole
Good, solid piece of equipment . Works well and canvas equipment bag appears to be well made and will probably last a long time. The rubber handle on the pole is my only complaint as it is already wearing thin. I do however like how the pole pieces screw together and hold. The full length pole with all seven pieces together are pretty heavy and make for a good workout when using. Overall a good buy

Best extension design of all
This pole saw is well worth the money. Fully extended it can be a handful if you are using it in a horizontal position when sawing and it breaks through the limb. The weight of the poles is useful when cutting as it exerts downward pressure on the blade when you're cutting. The best feature about this saw is the design of the locking extension connector because it keeps every twist connection locked down tight. My only complaint would be the thickness of the blade. It's tough but it does flex when the blade is digging into the cut. Revised: my review is the same i am however adding this. The poles by design lock together when screwed together but the tip that holds the blade screws on but does not lock meaning there's absolutely no chance of the blade coming off but the connector holding the blade can and so it is possible to lose the entire tip including the blade in the treetop if it gets pinched in the cut. The poles are strong enough to work it free but the blade is too thin and it flexes so you can't. Still a great buy well worth the money. Any issues you may have are quickly and professionally handled by customer support they go the extra mile and make sure that you are happy with your purchase and everything is functioning as it should definitely well worth the money goodbye don't pass it up

It worked for me
Very good for what I needed it for. Can be difficult to use and does get stuck, but that happens with all saws.

Both feet are on the ground
The saw was sharp, cut the limbs pretty easily. And they were around 22 ft. off the ground.
