Excellent build quality, took 15-20min to assemble the product, instructions are clear enough to easily assemble without hitches. Overall a very good product for the price.

After a few minutes of setup, I was labeling my jars without a hitch. The included instructions left a bit to be desired, but it was easy enough to figure out the assembly, alignment, and positioning. The machine is well-built and very solid.I was concerned that the weight of a 32-ounce HDPE wide-mouth jar wouldn't be sufficient for the label to adhere properly, but with proper roller setup to position it correctly, it's just fine.

This machine made my life so much easier. Even though it needs an arm to hold down the bottle and maybe another screw on the right side of it to hold the bottle firm, still it is an awesome and I am glad I bought it.

The bottle labeling machine we purchased did not work for our needs. The bottles were not stable and therefore the label was consistently crooked on the bottle. We reached out and left a voicemail and an email asking for assistance and never heard back.
