I have a Cricut that hasn't been used in a few years just because of the difficulty in figuring it out. I decided to get a die cutting machine and have already used it several times for church bulletin board cutouts. So far, so good.

Machine is great, the weight of the internal rollers is quite heavy as it should be. If you can sort out the combo of the plexi plates to use with your particular folder or die and your choice of material, you are set. The only reason this is not 5 stars is it needs more plates of varying thickness to use this machine well and an offering of replacement plates as there aren't many large enough for this machine on the market.

Works very well with die cuts and embossing sleeves.

This is a heavy machine and doesn't move when in use. The large platform allows for cutting larger dies easily. The crank is very smooth and comfortable to use. I haven't figured out how to use 3D embossing folders in it yet, but I am hoping that works as well. Generally, this machine is easier to use than my older other machine.

Brilliant machine that cuts perfectly. I tried a detailed die that I normally have trouble cutting in other machines and it cut perfectly in one pass and no poking out bits that usually get left behind.

Simple little machine for small tasks and when you're in a hurry. Cuts and embosses really, really well! Now I use it for most of my projects. Certainly worth the money! Also, great for beginners.

I had some Sizzix plates that I wanted to use to emboss, and this machine was less than half the price of the big shot. Working great so far.
