Purchased to drill dog holes in a welding table top and to modify a gantry crane. Unit performed well overall and had several nice features. Pros: Outright purchase price was affordable and came with annular cutter set along with a chuck and adapter for twist drills. Equipped with a safety cut-out which prevents starting the spindle without the magnet engaged. Drill has variable seed and is reversible. Cons: Drill is equipped with the Nitto Kohki one-touch spindle and will not accept the standard Weldon shank tools.Cutters are metric and the (16mm-5/8) I needed is not included which required me to purchase a Nitto cutter at a cost of ~$75 from a local tool supplier. Vevor does not offer Nitto shanked tools. I have since purchased Euroboor Nitto-Weldon (~$75) adapter to use the more common and affordable Weldon shanked tools. There is significant run-out in the drill chuck but have not tried another chuck so cannot say if it or adapter is the cause. The thru-the-tool cutting fluid or coolant is a nice feature but does not deliver enough to be of good utility...applied cutting fluid manually. Overall: Tool is nicely outfitted, of decent quality and so far appears to be of value. I would suggest you purchase with you eyes open and depending on whether additional purchases are required, as in my case, other mag drills might be of better value and utility.

Mag Base Drill -
Well made. A little faster operating speed than I wanted (didn't pay attention when ordering - MY fault). Customer Service was helpful in resolving the issue. Liked that it came with the annular cutters. Was concerned that it would be a pain the use normal twist drill bits - until I figured out that you can adjust the position on the head on the slide. Power-in cord should be on the top of the body (like the power from the switches to the motor), cause it's going the get abused when wrestling it around when doing horizonal work. It is HEAVY when positioning for horizonal or upside-down work, you just need to be careful & or get help when doing so. Owners manual is "Spartin" in details of more than basic operation. Seems that there are NO Spare Parts available for this equipment. For the price, it's a deal - just hope it doesn't break something.

Good drill
The drill is great the magnet doesn't hold all that well under strain. Have used it up side down and on a vertical beam without any issue. The problems start if you push hard while drilling to get the job done quicker. So, you need to go slow, not sure if that is a standard feature of this type of product or the magnet is weak because its cheap. I am still happy over all but I did get a scare when the drill came loose during a hole. It only happened once, after that I didn't push as hard and it worked OK.

Good price
Work with it ones but did what it supposed to, very cheaply made unfortunately and this is my only concern about the product. Make weird noises right at firs start but did drill holes in a steel like in a butter. If it is not going to fall apart soon that will be great buy.

Great Drill
I bought this after struggling with a hand held drill to put 1/2" holes in a steel welding table. It was slow and ineffective. After buying the Vervor mag drill, I sunk the holes quickly, easily, and cleanly. It arrived promptly after ordering. The packing prevented from any damage to the drill during transit. I highly recommend (and have to my friends) this drill and the bits, which are good quality. If this one ever quits, I'm buying this again.

good
After a little frustration not being able to get an answer from Vevor trying to find out what annular cutters fits the quick change arbor I decided to purchase anyway thinking I would be able to figure it out when I recieved it.This my help others decide as I needed a 5/8" cutter that was not provided with machine. The arbor takes Nitto Kokhi annular cutters which are very high end cutters. The machine works well and I picked up an adaptor to weldon if I decide to go cheap with additional cutters.
