Never received item, so I have no idea if it’s good!! Got the run-around with the refund…still not sure they have accepted charge back from cc company. Ordered 1/21 told me they shipped it. Kept telling me to wait and wait and then pretended that they shipped it and they didn’t know what happened. Really wish this was a review of the product!

Have not been able to use, small part arrived broken on drill and can not use, have had for over a month waiting for part. I had a ticket to get the part but the ticket is closed since part was supposedly set, trying to contact to ask about the specific problem is hard. I buy an awful lot for myself in my business. This is embarrassing because I bought this as a gift for someone. I don’t believe I will order from here again no matter how good the price may be..

Major Fail

I ordered this item as a Christmas gift for my for my Husband, I had it shipped to my son's home so the surprise wouldnt be ruined. The delivery company claimed to have delivered and provided a photot of said delivery. And even after providing both Vevor and Ontrac their own photos of proof showing that it wasn't eve a Vevor package and that it wasn't our mailbox I still have not been able to get anyone from either company to address the no delivery of the item. They now have marked the order delivered and ticket satisfied. Trust me I am not satisfied.

Very disappointed with the VEROR company. THEY SOLD ME THIS ANGULAR CUTTER SET ALONG WITH A MAG DRILL. THIS CUTTER DOES NOT FIT THE DRILL THEY SENT ME. THEY HAVE THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER NO SERVICE PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. I’VE ASKED HIM A HALF DOZEN TIMES TO LET ME KNOW WHAT BITS WILL ACTUALLY FIT THIS DRILL. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION BACK YET. I WANTED TO SEND THESE BACK AND GET A REFUND. WHICH THEY WILL NOT DO. SO ANYTHING YOU BUY, THEY WILL NOT TAKE BACK! VERY DISAPPOINTING COMPANY!

The drill is prolly constructed. It has a lot of play in the slide the brushes glow red while drilling and the drill doesn't have the adapter for the other bits they sell that take alien screw's overall it's worth the extra money to buy a good drill if you trying to do any kind of precision work

Quick change chuck is a problem

My mag drill arrived and was packaged very well. Everything about the drill works well except for the quick change chuck. It is easy to insert and remove the cutters before you use them. After drilling just one hole, the bits become stuck. The only way I could remove the cutters was to disassemble the quick change chuck, clamp the cutter in my vice, and beat on the drill with a hammer. I tried all the bits that were included and every single one suffered this issue, so it has to be the chucks fault and renders the entire drill useless. This issue also reviled how difficult is is to get a refund. Customer support was haggling with me about how much to refund me. I had to ask for a full refund 4 separate times before they final granted it. My advice to you is do not buy this particular mag drill, buy the cheapest one with the standard set screws to hold in the cutters. also, you must be comfortable with not getting a refund. They make it very difficult and there are no guarantees.

Stopped working after 4 small holes

I drilled 4 small 16mm holes only 6mm thick metal and on the 4th hole the drill stopped & does not turn on anymore. I'm contacting customer service for a warranty replacement. Not too certain if this is a good product.
