Wish it had a quick disconnect for the oil dispenser for when drilling sideways/upside down. Besides that worth every dollar, drilled over 50 holes on 2 I-Beams.

Recently I have been purchasing a lot of Vevor products. My take is that Vevor makes solid great products. Nothing like the general china products. I generally use Amazon free shipping and they guarantee products and will pay to ship back. So far I have no guarantee issues. The drill press was super cheap and works well. I bought an upgraded model with speed control and reverse. I have not even opened the new one, because I'm using a Vevor precision speed control on the cheaper drill press which works great when drilling stainless steel (slow speed). I have their commercial vacuum sealer, which is expensive but works great. If their guarantee is as good as their quality products, I will be a customer for life. I will buy everything from Vevor. This drill does the job. The drill chuck has some run out and I did contact customer support about the issue and was unable to send a video of the issue. I think this could be a bit easier to but I guess am too technically challenged and will have to live with it. Not too disappointed regardless

This mag drill is super solid for the price point, the only downfall and negative I have for it is the slowest setting is just a hair too fast to tap holes with. All things considered its well worth the money and I have already put it through its paces in my fabrication shop.

I am pleasantly surprised. It has great mag force and it has good power. I was expecting to use this to use this once and I am happy to say it will last longer. I would definitely purchase this again the only draw back is the quick release and you can only use one type of chucks

Bought this drill to drill some semi-thick plate on a tiller attachment that I made. This drill magged up to 1/4” this plate and easily drilled through 1/2 sections. Very nice tools. The coolant didn’t work so I need to correct that but overall a great product at a great price.

For the price it was perfect and we still use it in the shop on a daily basis. That being said there are a few changes I would make. After a little use there was a lot of lateral movement and the annular cutter would "walk" from left to right about an 1/8th of an inch. Knowing that its not hard to compensate but its quite a bit of play. The magnets do get pretty hot but even after hours of use there was no failure. It would be handy to have something to turn or a catch to hold the chuck at the top of its travel so you can change the parts that your drilling or even just to change the bit you are using. Again its a very useful tool and for the price you can not beat it! I must also say that I hope you don't have any issues because Vevor's customer service does not work as well as this Mag Drill!!

Good little machine works really well glad I bought it, it's worth every penny I'd buy it again just wish it would have a little less RPM or RPM adjustment but for the price it's great

This is a nice unit . As built it works well. but its is not a large milwaukie Mag drill It clamps great. drills very well and the variable speed control is nice. drilling slow is best as it does not burn out the tool. Short comings. the switch for Left and right turn are backwards. Comon issue i guess according to other posts. The standard chuck which comes with it is almost unusable . when you install the chuck. there is no room left for any drill bit of almost any size. this is a huge drawback. you need a 3 inch drill bit. The unit has good power. I was able to drill nice clean holes in thick steel. 1 inch in diameter. with the Annualar bits. These work great actually. The method of holding the annular bits is not the best. It likes to fall out or not engage or disengage easily. While I like the unit. i just wish they had made the vertical travel better as then you could use a normal drill bit. It came with a set of Metric Annular drill bits I need standard ones. The unit functions nice. but just be aware of these shortcommings. Still a nice unit. I do not mind turning the switch left to go clockwise. but other than that just dissapointed I cannot use a standard drill bit . it would be nice to drill a pilot hole occassinally.
