Will not hold 15 gallons of oil. Pump is clumsey at best and lines are cheap. It has its place, jut not in a heavy duty application.

Assembly was very straight forward, I don't remember even using the instruction. Put some water in it just to confirm no leak. Moving 3/4 full with water present no issue, but did have some splashing. I definitely keep this in mind when it is oil, but it would take multiple car oil change before we get to this point. I got this because I do my own oil change, between my parents' car and my wife's car, I am changing 4 vehicles every 4 to 6 months. I have other oil pans, but the opening for those are much smaller, a big gust of wind would cause oil to splash all over my drive way. This basically have the entire top open, so splash at all for the 5 oil changes I have done so far. The issue I ran into is the oil pump still leave significant about of oil. I installed a 3 way valve, once the oil becomes too low for the pump to push out, I open the value and drain into a small pan to drain everything out. I shorten the length of the hose because it is too long.

first, it is not 17 gallons, it runs 10 and almost above, the second pump allows, you can't leave it because you will find a puddle on the ground

Drain works great. Fits under most units. Small leak from the rotary hand pump but not bad. Definitely recommended for fleet or farm use.

i purchased this drain pan gor the ease of changing fluids in my semi rolls around great should have bought the next size up only because when full if not carful oil will splash out rolling it around to drain it wish they offerec 12volt pump instead of manual crank but over all great product and fast shippung

Easy to build and use

Easy to assemble and is exactly as described. Works as it should. Only issue was one of the legs was bent. Most likely got bent in shipping.

Absolutely a well built and great product. I have no real complaints about it. The only thing I would change is the emptying hose that has to stay on it at all times.

Helps to keep the area cleaner.

Everything was delivered as expected. Seems to be sturdy. Cannot wait to use it.
