We've used this machine to fill around 1,500 bottles over the past six to seven weeks. It’s reliable and gets the job done, but there are a few quirks that can slow down production.
It takes some time to calibrate the exact fill amount—you’ll likely need to run a liter or two through it and test multiple times before achieving consistency. Additionally, we often find that after about 50 bottles, the fill amount drifts by 10-15%, requiring adjustments. While the machine saves the preset time for future runs, the actual fill amount has never been perfectly consistent.
For those using scented liquids, be prepared to use a significant amount of cleaning agent to remove residual scents from the rubber lines and motors. It’s a solid choice for batches of 200-400 bottles but, for smaller runs, we prefer the manual paste liquid filling machine. While not as fast, it’s highly accurate and easy to clean, making it ideal for runs of 100 bottles or less.
