The motherboards for these units are defective. I have bought three of them and two of them required a motherboard replacement. Plus, I had to solder the wires myself. This was a huge problem for us.

the system is well packaged and delivered on when said. I had two issues with the system that were remedied. The description and the packaging states there are two nozzles included but the package only came with one. The second one was delivered when requested. The bigger concern was when using the system for honey it would fill several bottles and then begin to reset midway through filling a bottle. Vevor help resolve the issue. I am guessing that my honey at 72 F is to viscous and would cause the electronics/motor to overheat drawing the power down causing the controller to reset. Vevor had me reduce the max speed. Follow the procedure below ① Turn on the unit, press the (SET) button once, then press and hold the (SET) button to enter the internal settings: 2.Press M2 five times; 3.Display: (6) Current spdde, then press M3 or M4 to add or subtract to set the flow rate to 70%. used multiple times since with no issues.

Hello. I received the VEVOR Liquid Filling Machine SYC-5-XV3 a few days ago. I assembled the product today and found that there is only one filling nozzle. Can I get the remaining nozzle that I did not receive? Please check. Thank you.

We've used this machine to fill around 1,500 bottles over the past six to seven weeks. It’s reliable and gets the job done, but there are a few quirks that can slow down production. It takes some time to calibrate the exact fill amount—you’ll likely need to run a liter or two through it and test multiple times before achieving consistency. Additionally, we often find that after about 50 bottles, the fill amount drifts by 10-15%, requiring adjustments. While the machine saves the preset time for future runs, the actual fill amount has never been perfectly consistent. For those using scented liquids, be prepared to use a significant amount of cleaning agent to remove residual scents from the rubber lines and motors. It’s a solid choice for batches of 200-400 bottles but, for smaller runs, we prefer the manual paste liquid filling machine. While not as fast, it’s highly accurate and easy to clean, making it ideal for runs of 100 bottles or less.

I actually did not lose one drop of wine when I bottled. That said, even though I slowed it way down, I did get some sediment. But I can live with it

This is really kind of intimidating right out of the box. But it's actually really simple once you just focus for a few minutes. It's accurate, easy to use, and seems like it will last.

This is such a GREAT product. Cut down my bottle filling time by at least 10 times. The weight feature can be a little touchy at times, but the time saving factor makes up for it. LOVE IT!!!!

Instructions are not great on this pump! Took me a long time to understand that the long piece of tubing runs through the pump and connects at each end. Instructions do not say this. Output is good and pretty accurate. I am using it to fill various nut oils, essential oils, hydrosol and witch hazel. Will be using this machine with pleasure!
