Upset customer!! I have ordered from this place a few times. This time was a little different. The whole experience was different. Items did not show up when they said they would , product wasn’t the best quality and one of the actuators showed up damaged. . Purchased two (2) linear actuators which one worked but not the best and the other one showed up damaged. These were for a project with a very tight deadline (which wasn’t met). Contacted customer service but didn’t respond in a timely manner. Did not want to replace the item or refund my money because I took it apart. I only took it apart due to them needing a picture of the damaged part. After a week of messages I finally received my refund. I do need to place another order but rethinking about doing so.
