Pure trash broke on 1st turn and none of the grass went into the sweeper the top of the connection bracket broke as if it was a factory defect

I bought this lawn sweeper mainly to pick up pine needles. I had found several YouTube videos using a pull behind lawn sweeper for collecting pine needles. In my case this was a mistake. This lawn sweeper does not do pine needles well. It's OK (not exceptional) sweeping just leaves. So I will continue using this sweeper for leaves. But as for pine needles, don't bother. It bunches them up on the ground and they also get caught in the wheels and stop the wheels from turning. Just "buyer beware"

Works fairly well overall. Just found some difficulty when emptyingwith a rope. I think there might be a learning curve to get the hang of it. The basket keeps tipping forward, making a person have to get off the machine. To put it back in the right position.

Instructions were the worst I've ever seen. The hardware (nuts and bolts) were of the lowest quality - 4 bolts broke the first time I used the sweeper. I replaced all of the bolts with grade 8 ones, which weren't cheap. I wish that I had just purchased the AgriFab sweeper locally - it's twice the price, but considering the poor quality of the Vevor and the time spent figuring out how to assemble it plus the 40 dollar's worth of new hardware, I would have been better off with the AgriFab. Now I have to worry about the lifespan of this thing, which i don't expect to be very long.

some hints for buyers - the width in the listing is of the brush, NOT the overall width - so it wouldn't fit through the gate. The instructions are not clear and easy to understand, but we made do with the pictures which are tolerable. There is a lot of loose fitting pins to allow things to be dismantled - after some use I plan on replacing most of them with bolts and nylock nuts. Use - adjustment is a bit of a trial - you set it up as per the instructions, but then have to readjust after the first 30mins of use (wearing in?) It works VERY WELL on light leaves and small twigs. Gum nuts will work if you set the brush at 20mm overlap on grass. It never picked up all gumnuts on the first pass, but took 3 passes to collect them all. Also tested on a bitumen road to clear up gumnuts - still took 2 passes since it flicks the nuts forward. Lawn mower/tractor did not seem to work hard pulling it, and no issues in use once adjusted and worn in. Brushes appear to be replaceable - not sure if available through vevor.

I bought this for my husband. He said the instructions for assembly were a bit vague and it took him longer to put together than he wished. We’ve used it a couple of times. The first time a bolt came loose but he found it, fortunately!! After that we’ve had no problems with it. It will pick up leaves well and is easy to manage. I’m pretty pleased that we bought it.

I will say this is great quality for the orice. I have a giant yard and I will never have to rake leaves again! I'm hoping the bottom lasts a long time. Seems like it will.

This is a really good sweeper! Aside from the instuctions to put it together are a bit challenging(went on youtube) and looked carefully at it put together from different angles. It's worth the search before and while putting it together for a first time owner of one of these. All in all a great product and seems very sturdy at and exceptional price. Go get ya one and make yard work a little easier!

The unit arrived with no damages in a reasonable time frame. Lots of assembly and bad instructions but otherwise not to bad. It works pretty well and after figuring out adjustments I found it’s pretty good. Wish it was able to lay closer to the ground on my mower cause it sits proud causing it to strain a lot before being full creating extra trips. Other wise durable and dependable so here’s hoping to many more years with it
