I have used my sweeper five times and each time the bolts connecting the brace from my mower to the sweeper have snapped. While using it today, and after replacing the bolts yet again, a wheel broke off. It broke completely off! I tried to save money and went with a cheaper model and as my neighbor said, there’s a reason why it was so cheap. How do I return this lemon?

OK 1st off the instructions to put together were a complete disaster and written poorly. However, we were able to figure it out and got it together. I would suggest you give that another look over. It works great behind our mower. The adjustment of the brush slips but all in all I love it. At least I'm not raking anymore.

I used it one time the wheel came off twice looks like you can't put very much in it without the wheels starting to kick out to the side and when you go to dump most of it seems to dump on top of the unit

some hints for buyers - the width in the listing is of the brush, NOT the overall width - so it wouldn't fit through the gate. The instructions are not clear and easy to understand, but we made do with the pictures which are tolerable. There is a lot of loose fitting pins to allow things to be dismantled - after some use I plan on replacing most of them with bolts and nylock nuts. Use - adjustment is a bit of a trial - you set it up as per the instructions, but then have to readjust after the first 30mins of use (wearing in?) It works VERY WELL on light leaves and small twigs. Gum nuts will work if you set the brush at 20mm overlap on grass. It never picked up all gumnuts on the first pass, but took 3 passes to collect them all. Also tested on a bitumen road to clear up gumnuts - still took 2 passes since it flicks the nuts forward. Lawn mower/tractor did not seem to work hard pulling it, and no issues in use once adjusted and worn in. Brushes appear to be replaceable - not sure if available through vevor.

I bought this for my husband. He said the instructions for assembly were a bit vague and it took him longer to put together than he wished. We’ve used it a couple of times. The first time a bolt came loose but he found it, fortunately!! After that we’ve had no problems with it. It will pick up leaves well and is easy to manage. I’m pretty pleased that we bought it.

I will say this is great quality for the orice. I have a giant yard and I will never have to rake leaves again! I'm hoping the bottom lasts a long time. Seems like it will.

This is a really good sweeper! Aside from the instuctions to put it together are a bit challenging(went on youtube) and looked carefully at it put together from different angles. It's worth the search before and while putting it together for a first time owner of one of these. All in all a great product and seems very sturdy at and exceptional price. Go get ya one and make yard work a little easier!

I purchased online when delivered was left at the front of my garage/house, good thing I was home because I'm sure someone would have taken it, since large box left in clear vision of the street! Unpacked and first thing figured out I was missing part with bolt and locknut. I was able to get myself to continue with the assembly process. As others have stated the instructions for assembly are not helpful at all! Hope you have some mechanical knowledge to assemble because you will need it. Then after assembly I went to use it, well I did not check to see if what was factory pre-assemble was all tight. Be sure to do that because in my case one of the brushes ended up in the hopper because they were are loose. Had to stop re-assemble that and make sure everything was tight that was pre-assembled.

I bought the lawn sweeper in August because it was on sale . Now in the leafs are falling I got to use it. First time I use it I hear a ticking noise from the sweeper,well I have had three sweeper in my lifetime so I thought I picked up a stick in the brushes. When I dumped the hopper I see one of the brushes wrapped around the rotating shaft. So l took it to my work shop the brush was not tightened onto the shaft ,so I checked the other brushes and none of the brushes were tightened from the factory.

The unit arrived with no damages in a reasonable time frame. Lots of assembly and bad instructions but otherwise not to bad. It works pretty well and after figuring out adjustments I found it’s pretty good. Wish it was able to lay closer to the ground on my mower cause it sits proud causing it to strain a lot before being full creating extra trips. Other wise durable and dependable so here’s hoping to many more years with it
