I purchased a set of these 12 months ago.They are exceptional value for money.They punch well outside their weight .I have used them extensively and they have never failed. Good length and balance.The convenience of having e 4 chisels for $100 is great. This last set is for a friend and fellow turner and he expresses a similar attitude. I tried them right away! All 4 worked great!!

The internet people said carbide insert lathe tools were easier for beginners... it was not.The traditional HSS was way easier and consistent plus less chip outs.
