Works well except that I still don’t know how to use the machine and have not been able to find a suitable software aside Lightburn which very expensive in my region.. Customer service is awesome. My machine came with a factory faulty laser, as soon as I discovered and wrote them, it was changed immediately without any hassle. Thanks to Vevor.

20W laser engraver

Great product, only one reason for 4 stars. I wasn't real impressed with the roller. It does work but with limitation. This would've been perfectly paired with a chuck roller. As far as the laser machine, it has exceeded my expectations. This 20w at 100% is enough to permanently mark weldable metal with great detail. Assembly and setup wasn't a hard. Most difficult part was feeding the tracks evenly. As always can't beat Vevor. I would recommend this product and I can't wait to save up for the fiber laser.

I am still playing with this and getting some settings right for the best result. It took a bit to figure out the instructions but assembled reasonably well. The plastic legs would have been better if made with aluminium. One has a slight cracks for assembly so I will replace with solid aluminium pieces eventually

Took a bit of time and effort to set it up and get it going. Nicely made, accurately cut frame. All the parts were correct and worked well together. Plenty of written and video advice available to get it to function initially. Smooth mover and cuts well. Variable speed and laser power make it easy to use and control. About the cheapest full frame machine on the market and does a proper job with a bit of practice.

Well we have it ..after days of figuring out how to get the program to work...he used it twice...it's no anything simple to use...so idk I'd say not worth the price

Works but takes time

Thought I would have more time between jobs to get this put together so it took me a little while. Assembly isn’t overly difficult, but is something you just want to take your time. Got it working but like most precision machines it takes time to get it figured out. I am still in the process of dialing it in but once it is, I think it will work well.
