Really helped me get around the house after foot surgery!
I had foot surgery in December, so was unable to walk for 2-3 weeks. This Knee Scooter made my life so much easier than trying to get around on crutches! I was happy when I didn't need it anymore, but still glad I had it while I did. It's fairly stable, although you still need to be careful of course. I liked that it has hand breaks like a bike (very familiar) so you can control it easily and keep it from rolling while you're trying to get on and off to maneuver around (think toilet). Getting in and out of tight spaces like the restroom can be a challenge (but would be with anything, including crutches). You either have to back out or try to stand on one foot while turning it, like I often did, which could be dangerous (this is not a complaint about the product, just a warning to be careful.) I didn't really use the little bag/pack that attaches to the front, but I can see how it could have come in very handy if my needs had been a little different. It's pretty light weight, so wouldn't be difficult for a someone to toss it in the car for you.

Phenomenal Knee Scooter.
Prior to buying this I rode around jokingly on friends knee scooters with small wheels. I was instantly scared as they were sketchy and unstable. That's not the case with this scooter. When I took it into my podiatrist's office, it got a TON of comments about how nice it was, even by the Nurse! Being 6' 280lbs, I wanted something solid that I could roll around on and keep my mobility. This fits the bill.

Very sturdy
Very sturdy and easy to control. Only issue is turning around. Limited rotation to turn around on scooter.

Broke my ankle, so the cast is a little uncomfortable when I put my knee on the pad, but this is so much easier to get around the hospital than crutches.

Well made, sturdy knee scooter
This knee scooter is worth the high price. I need traction to get up and down my driveway and to drive through the gravel. It doesn't have a tight turning radius but it does have incredible maneuverability by executing a several-point turn around. It is well made, easy to put together, and has quality materials. The knee seat is pretty comfortable as well. I am so happy that I splurged on this model while I am healing from a broken ankle.

Solid build, genuinely all-terrain, terrible turning radius, but worth the price
I flipped out of my flop and broke a ligament in my foot. I needed surgery and am non-weight bearing for the next three months. After a week of hopping around on one foot or on crutches, I started looking for a knee scooter. I needed one that could handle my walkways, my girth, and the grass to walk the dog in a pinch. This scooter has increased my mobility ten-fold. From the moment I get up, until the point where I go to sleep, I've been using this thing constantly for three weeks. I'm very impressed with it. I use it so much that I opted to get the memory foam pad, which helps if you need to be on it for a long stretch of time.

Vevor Knee Scooter - Brilliant.
If you n need to use a knee scooter for 2 or more months I strongly recommend that you invest in the Vevor Knee Scooter. A far a better quality than you will find at a mobility rental centre. I m 6'3" tall and did not have any issues in setting up my scooter. There is some final assembly required, NO TOOLS NEEDED. You will need to inflate the tyres to the correct pressure, which you will find on the side wall of the tyres. A car tyre pump will do the trick in a short time, or a bicycle tyre pump will be the same, as long as you have a tyre pressure gauge. You could also take it to your local petrol/service station. Just be mindful of the inflation pressure. The model I bought was the aluminium version, very solid and still has some weight, but you get used to that in a short time. With the ability to extend the frame, I found going down a step or street getter was better, because I didn't feel that is was going to do a nose dive. The other safety factor I love about the Vevor scooter were the brakes. Far more superior to the rental models.

Arrived on time, easy and very quick to assemble. Balancing on is a bit of a learning curve. Quality seemed very good at first but after 3 weeks of minimal use it seems to be loosening up. Handle bars are loose and make noise. Brakes have had to be adjusted two times. Im concerned about the handle bars getting much looser. The 12 inch air up tires are great and can go over anything!
