Received this for Christmas and didn’t open it for a couple weeks. The machine part seemed fine. But, the plastic piece that closes the lid, didn’t tighten down enough and the water leaked. I emailed the company instead of sending it back. For the hassle received, I should have just sent it back. It took about 10 emails to get the correct answer and a video of how to fix it. They would ask a question each time that was already answered. So the 9th time I got a bit testy and they sent the video. The solution was to turn the silver rod holders and screw them down a bit, until the plastic piece on the rod snapped into place and held the top on. Now it works. The AI customer service does not.

I opted to use this for brass instead of silver. Didn’t use the provided media, just used dawn, and jet dry rinse liquid. According to weight, I can fill the 5kg container with about 7lbs of stuff, but I just did about 3 lbs not counting the water. According to weight, it’s about 122 pieces of brass.

I got this machine on Dec 28,2024 and start to use, machine run about 12 to 15 minutes then AUTO OFF. Now I try many way but nothing action but power light still ON But do not work any way. PLEASE can let me RETURNED or EXCHANGE . Thank you so much

You will need to order additional high grade steel shot. This rusts almost immediately. But it works well with multiple speeds and up to and hour

Faulty tumbler, was hard to get it refunded as they tried to make me pull it apart to repair myself, I doubt I would risk buying another one, instead I would look for a brushless motor version as this is what failed in mine, communication was slow and resolution was only taken when Paypal dispute was lodged. in the end Money was refunded

Great machine so far. No problems and i am enjoying using it. If the beads were better quality i would of given it 5 stars.

Better than anything to polish your jewels

Buyer beware: the product has a critical flaw that may ruin your work. I used this product on the minimum speed, and instead of providing a nice burnish, it resulted in a pitted and dented appearance. This ruined the rings I was producing for a client 3 days before delivery.... this is after final pre-polishing and trusting the machine. This effect occurs even on the lowest speed, but it is far worse on higher speeds. This ruined my project. I conjecture that the small size of the included shot, or the low volume, contributed to the denting effect. PROCEED WITH CAUTION, and throw away the included shot as it is liable to damage your work. I will update if different shot solves the problem, but for now I am going to try to find a jeweler who can lend me their machine while I remake the pieces before my deadline in 3 days.
