I bought this to avoid going to the jewelry store to get my ring cleaned because I always find something to buy. It works ok, I feel My jewelry could be a little more shiny but it will save me money in the long run.

It's actually quite impressive

Not much to say about it other than it worked very well for our jewelry. We used hot water to fill the reservoir before using the knob to select the appropriate time frame and starting the process.. there seem to be no tricks or gimmicks bc it worked very well. The amount of dirt and grim was extraordinary. The only thing I would say is that it does seem dependent on how dirty the jewelry is prior to cleaning. If it's filthy, the results might blow your mind but if it's only a little dirty.. then it might leave you feeling a bit like the product you got isn't giving you your moneys worth. I'm not saying that it's bad.. but only.. expect something that can clean dirty jewelry well but not necessarily polish it.
