This unit failed after only a month or so. Multiple attempts, which I can prove, to connect for warranty, multiple emails to resolve, no result. Completely ignored. Not happy. All other tools are great. But as they have not responded to over two months of contact, they've left me with no choice but to leave a bad review. I did not want to, but have no other avenue. I'm sure this can be resolved easily if they wanted to. Jimmy.

Works like it should, really cleans the jewelry well.

This one is a big disappointment. I put my jewelry through twice for the longest time, and there was no difference. I'm guessing that's why it's cheap.

This is the second ultrasonic jewelry cleaner i've bought, so pleased with the first, i've bought one for my daugyer in law, for christmas. So yes i reccommend it, it couldn't be any cheaper, unless they gave them away.

I have wanted one of these for a long time and when this came on special I snapped it - so far I have cleaned all the wife's jewelry and sun and reading glasses, the results are outstanding. It was amazing as to what came off the glasses, particularly the nose support pieces. Recommend to buy.
