Works Great!
Using to break up old porch footing, broke them with ease. Mine isn't leaking oil like some reviewers say but looking at the parts drawing it shows a simple oring as the front seal, is it as easy as putting $1 o-ring to fix it? Sure looks that way... For a home DIYer, this is more than I need.

Cheaper than renting and really powerful
I was on the fence about getting this; I already have a name brand SDS max drill so I thought this wouldn't be much better... I was pleasantly surprised to find out I was wrong; this thing is a beast, it tore through a 4-6\" thick concrete path with ease, I took my time and still did around 32 sq ft in about 3 hours. I'm glad I read the reviews before hand so I knew it needed the oil adding because in the manual that bit isn't explained until the end. Mine did come with a tube of oil so I just needed to add it. That said, the manual is pretty decent and easy to follow. As others have said, the case isn't really going to stand up to being dragged around but it's nice for storage. In my area, this worked out cheaper than renting one for a few days, so I was skeptical but I'm really impressed with it.

Great tool for the price
For the price, this is an excellent buy. I bought it Wednesday, received it Friday and had the concrete chipped out Saturday. I couldn’t be happier. Why did I buy this? The price was comparable to having someone dig out the 3’x3’x18” concrete pad that city left behind when they cut out the post office box and moved it down the street. But buying it to DIY this allowed me have a tool to own rather than just paying someone to do it for me.

So Far, So Good for General Home DIY Projects
This demolition jack hammer has been a solid performer for my general home DIY projects. I’ve used it to rip up sidewalks and remove a flagpole concrete base, and it handled both tasks. Mine has the 2200W motor and 1350 BPM making quick work of tough concrete compared to my smaller tools.

Pleasantly surprised
For the price, I wasn’t expecting much. Like most other reviewers reasoned, the price to buy this was more or less the same to rent, and I figured why not just buy. I wanted to bust up some concrete footings in my back yard that were used for a privacy fence. Everything was perfect and well protected. I’m very happy with this breaker, and I’m sure I’ll use it for other projects as they come up. Worth every penny.

It was either this for my patio or rent a larger one for the same price.
I have a large concrete patio that I need to demo. I didn't want to do it all at once. Renting one for 2 hours is about the same cost on this unit. It works surprisingly well. The concrete is about 1 foot thick and a little thicker in some places. It breaks right through and overall haven't noticed it getting too hot and overheating. One person found this helpful

Dig impossible holes
I use it to break through rocks and cement in holes I am making for trees and shrubs that my wife is planting. Before this, I would spend hours digging out big blocks of rock and concrete or give up on the hole, but now jackhammer does the job in 30 minutes tops.
