Arrived quickly and feel like the price was right. Instructions were vague and the anchors were not appropriate for my specific case. It was implied that the remaining hardware required washers were not included. When I inquired with Vevor for the missing washers it took several days for a replay and they sent out 2+ requests for me to wait patiently. When they finally replied they asked for information off the box which I had to dig out of the recycle container. When I did not reply within 24 hours they closed the inquiry as "resolved" with no action on their part. I purchased the washers and anchors on my own and installed the railing. I think the results were satisfactory and I might use Vevor again but it would be with more caution since I received little support.
