I must say that I am very impressed with their responsiveness and eagerness to make the situation right. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again - given how they stand behind their products.Original review: During install the main post sheared at the base plate connection. I have tried to fix it with jb-weld though I definitely question the durability. It does not feel like it will last more than a couple years.

My wife and I are very happy with this product. It is beautiful. I’m using this handrail indoors. It was very easy to assemble. I recommend this product (please refer to the attached photos). I assembled this handrail myself but I hired a handyman only to affix it to the ground (to the tiles and concrete underneath). The handyman told me that he had to use a different type of screws than the ones provided by the manufacturer to affix the handrails to the floor. He felt that the manufacturer’s screws would not hold the handrail strongly on the concrete. The installation instructions are easy to follow.

I installed this to a concrete step going to my mom’s concrete porch. I used a hammer drill to make the holes and the bolts that came with the product. After quick and easy assembly, just mark the holes, drill, bolt down. Easiest install ever and it’s rock solid. Mom has a sturdy way to step up now and she wants another for the back porch!

I ordered this stair railing hoping it would fit nicely on my garage door steps. I was pleasantly surprised to have it delivered to my front door less than a week later. It looked so good that I took it to my front porch to see how it would look there, and it was a perfect fit. My wife loved it! I was able to install it without a bit of trouble and it provides strong and stable support for us when we come and go through the garage. It looked so good we ordered two more to go on the front steps of our home. Cannot wait to install it and will send pictures of it once it's installed. Great company and a superb product. I plan to order at least one more stair railing for a one or two step side entrance to my home, if they have one.

The initial purchase was deceiving because the description led me to believe I was getting two rails. However, the first set came in three days and the second set was much sooner than advertised. They look great and I won't be busting my 88year old butt anymore!

Took minor mods to make a perfect fit. Bought upgraded anchor bolts just for personal peace of mind. The universal design was the selling point for me. Very good product.
